Our story

Josh and Jessica Tolk have loved the hospitality industry long before they met each other. Although this shared love came to fruition 12 years ago when they opened a restaurant, their ultimate dream was owning a bar. Many of their fondest memories with family and friends have taken place in welcoming, community-focused bars, resulting in some of their oldest friendships. Noticing the lack of bars that carry that same feeling, and further prompted by the 2020 pandemic, their restaurant was rebranded. The Chase was created to be a community, a family, and a home away from home.
